Police brutality in Melbourne as officer assaults a young girl by choking her before unbelievably having her arrested for assault!

Level 4 restrictions in Melbourne has seen new directives put in place where citizens are required to wear a face mask in public. Except of course if you have an exemption from your doctor.
In a statement released today the Victorian government is now mandating that as of Sunday August 2, 11:59pm anyone leaving their home MUST have a face covering.
According to the Victorian Government by covering your face you’re protecting those extra freedoms your community enjoys. Plus by covering your face you’re keeping businesses open and people employed. As I mentioned above this Orwellian doublethink is right out of 1984. Before the mask mandates and the lockdown people were employed and businesses were open.
This didn’t appear to matter to Melbourne West Police Officer Chris Scott.

It’s clear from the onset of the altercation that Officer Scott has acted well above what his powers are. Not wearing a mask is barely even an offense let alone just a summary offense.
According to the witness the officer failed to ask why the young girl was not wearing a mask. As it turns out she has acquired an exemption from her doctor so that she doesn’t have to wear a mask which according to the Victorian government is the correct procedure under the level 4 restrictions imposed on the state.
Reasonable force was not applied in this instance. Choking a young girl is not acceptable. Is it any wonder she became belligerent? Is it any wonder she lashed out in distress?

Huge foreign loans are given to sovereign nations by the World Bank, IMF and the likes. But the conditions that come attached to these loans are seldom told by governments to their citizens. A recent case in Belarus has exposed the conditions laid by these agencies for loans being provided for COVID-19.
The President of Belarus has exposed that the World Bank coronavirus aid comes with conditions for imposing extreme lockdown measures, to model their coronavirus response on that of Italy and even changes in the economic policies which he refused as being “unacceptable”.
At the same time, he stressed that additional conditions which do not apply to the financial part are unacceptable for the country.
“We hear the demands, for example, to model our coronavirus response on that of Italy. I do not want to see the Italian situation to repeat in Belarus. We have our own country and our own situation,” the president said.
According to the president, the World Bank has showed interest in Belarus’ coronavirus response practices.
“It is ready to fund us ten times more than it offered initially as a token of commendation for our efficient fight against this virus. The World Bank has even asked the Healthcare Ministry to share the experience. Meanwhile, the IMF continues to demand from us quarantine measures, isolation, a curfew. This is nonsense. We will not dance to anyone’s tune,” said the president.
Belarus is one of the only European countries that has not implemented strict coronavirus containment measures. The no-restriction situation is such that even the non-essential services remain open. The football league of Belarus is still being played. The only restriction kind-of step that Belarus took till now is that the school holidays have been extended.

Is this a faked assault? Why have none of the police got hats? If so what motive and by whom? It certainly would intimidate those who believed this footage to be true. Likely to terrorise the populace into mask submission.
Possibly. I’m in the early stages of speaking to the victim. We’ll see. To me it’s real. But will always have an open mind.
