The Fair Work Commission recently handed down a disturbing decision in an unfair dismissal case.
The case involved Ms Bou-Jamie Barber, an early childhood educator in Queensland who was dismissed by Goodstart Early Learning (Goodstart) for failing to comply with the organisation’s new mandatory influenza vaccination policy, which only provided for an exemption in circumstances where it would be unsafe for the employee to receive the vaccination (medical contraindication).
Goodstart determined that Ms Barber’s medical certificates were insufficient to show that vaccination would be unsafe for her, and dismissed her on 13 August 2020.
Ms Barber had been employed by Goodstart since 2006, no less than 14 years. At least 16 employees were dismissed as a result of the policy, and a further 7 resigned (paragraph 213 of decision).
Summary of the decision
The Commission found that, even though influenza vaccination was not an ‘inherent requirement’ of Ms Barber’s role at Goodstart, the direction was, nevertheless, ‘reasonable and lawful’ in the circumstances.

So much for “Fair Work” and their weak, pro-vax decision. Meanwhile, the Covax toll rises inexorably. On Sunday I heard a rumour that 17 staff at a Footscray hospital have been hospitalised with severe reactions to a covax…so far this has been hushed up. And how about the following (from RFK Jr’s CHD site today) for an awful example of child abuse: The US Federal Govt has approved the Pfizer vax for anyone > 11 years [this is bad enough], but the Mincolas, two doctors from New York, said they had no qualms about their 8 month old son, Vincenzo, being administered with two doses of the “vaccine” in a Pfizer clinical trial. How about that?!
What is wrong with the parents of these children by offering them up to be used as guinea pigs? Are they offering some kind of financial incentive to do so? And if so then why? It is a criminal act no different to physically abusing your child in my opinion. Any parent that allows this experimental toxic biological injection into their child is committing child abuse in my opinion. So very many deaths/injuries are being covered up by this traitorous Government. It is nothing short of criminal and these people will be held to account for their actions.
Do the words of the LORD God as spoken in these two verses give you any idea why this is happening?

20 Moreover thou hast taken thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hast borne unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed unto them to be devoured. Is this of thy whoredoms a small matter, 21 That thou hast slain my children, and delivered them to cause them to pass through the fire for them?
The abominable whoredoms of every country committed against their Creator and rightful LORD have caused the people to sacrifice their children on the altars of other gods (devils). Until folks will repent in deep humility for having forsaken the one true God, only more and more will die in vain. This applies not only to the ones who offer their children to get jabbed, but to all who reject their Creator in any way, even if they resist the jab (there are many of these…)
When you gleefully and “virtuously” flood the labor pool. you can chop heads at whim and will, for “disobedience” to the Banker’s “$$$$$cience” idol/god. “We must have more immigration, we have no OBEDIENT workers..”
