Lockdowns, restrictions, mask mandates… we were told three days, but has a Queensland Government website accidentally revealed their plans to extend the lockdowns right through Easter?

Brisbane’s COVID-19 lockdown is scheduled to finish at 5pm tomorrow after being initiated on Monday at 5pm.
Queensland state Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said to the press today that low numbers of new cases is “encouraging news.”
The premier failed to affirm whether she intended to stick to the plan and end the lockdown after the 3 days.
Certainly at this point the people of Queensland should know by now that this Government never intends to keep its promises. But have they gone so far as to let it slip that the lockdown WILL be extended through until April 6? It appears so.
As seen from this screen capture from the Queensland Government website they state that the lockdown will actually end at 11:59pm April 6.

This type of underhanded behavior is typical of this government. It goes hand in hand with the reason we are currently experiencing yet another unnecessary lockdown.
The Queensland Governments declared public health emergency was extended from 17 December 2020 to 31 March 2021. Then as luck would have it another mystery case suddenly popped up just a few days before their emergency powers were about to expire. This gave them all the ammunition they needed to warrant extending them yet again now for another 90 days.

So it seems we are being made to wait with baited breath for the word from our illustrious leader herself tomorrow morning that we will be staying in lockdown for Easter.

**UPDATE**
As of around 9:30am April 1st the Premier has declared that the lockdown has ended as of midday today.
7news also posted an article this morning basically riding off our coattails highlighting the same discovery of the government website showing the lockdown end date as April 6. However they chose to play it down as simply an innocuous error.
Information was also provided to us today that disclosed the fact the SMS’s were sent out notifying of government office closures until 6th which lends more credibility to the fact that the lockdown was planned to end at that date.
So could it be that the government was called on the blunder and chose to end the lockdown and save face? It appears so.

What a coincidence. Whenever an opportunity occurs for businesses to benefit from travellers & tourism, an outbreak of Covid suddenly appears & lock downs quickly follow. Anyone might believe there is an agenda. Like destroying small busines & the middle class. Nah, just coincidence.

Queenslanders, you had your chance to get rid of this lot, but you let them stay…why did you expect them to change their ways and treat you with any respect? OK, the Opposition appears pretty weak, but surely they must be better than this awful crowd?
