The MSM Propaganda Machine is Losing the Battle. Alternative News Surges. 

When the mainstream media starts whining about so-called “fake” news, you know they’re losing influence and readers!

A recent article posted on news.com.au clearly shows that social media is having massive influence on public opinion about what’s going on in the world. I can atest to this myself as this site alone has had many articles go viral thanks to social media and our alternative take on current events.

There’s no doubt that there are in fact many websites out there purporting to report news articles as factual. The difference between RNA and other sites is that we will ask the tough questions and encourage our readers to think critically. Sometimes there isn’t hard evidence to go on and speculation ends up being the substance of the article but we do our best to ask the questions the mainstream media won’t.

We do have an agenda. And that agenda is to provide an alternative viewpoint in order to counter the propaganda and “fake” news put out by the mainstream media pundits. They are caught out time and time again so it’s key to be wary when they start criticizing alternative news sites.

The article linked to above states;

This week social media giants Google and Facebook moved to crack down on the fake news threat, moving to stop their advertising platforms being used to profit from fake news reports.

So they plan on censoring what you see in your Google searches and Facebook newsfeed. Apparently because they think you’re too stupid to do your own research. Only pre-approved mainstream media “news” is what they want you to see.

What you also need to remember is that the mainstream media outlets run on advertising revenue! So it’s highly hypocritical for them to be having a go at legitimate alternative news sites for making a minuscule amount of revenue from viewership. Many don’t even advertise and do it out of a labour of love for the truth.

The establishment is freaking out because people want an alternative viewpoint on current and even historical events. The public is increasingly becoming sick to death of hearing about Kardashians, and well, I can’t even think of other msm garbage examples because frankly I just don’t pay attention to them anymore.

American author, alternative news blogger & YouTuber Mark Dice has dozens of videos of himself hitting the streets and highlighting the dumbing down of America by the MSM.

Is this where we want Australia to be? Dumbed down and only able to spout mainstream media talking points and trashy “news” where our opinions are given to us. Or do we want to listen to and read the work of fellow Aussies who aren’t constrained by political correctness, who don’t have their journalistic hands tied by the overarching agenda of their corporate for-profit run masters.
