I have no doubt this has happened.
Labour and liberal are just two wings of the same bird of prey. I will be voting for these small independent parties (but not the greens) for no other reason than because I think they are the last hope of restoring democracy and the rule of law in the country.
I fear it may already be too late anyway because the TPP has become a visible govt above government and this will be clearly seen within a few years when they conditions of the so-called “agreement.” begin to bite.
Under the TPP no govt will ever pass any major legislation without first of all getting the OK for it from the TPP.
The reasons for this will become abundantly clear the first time the TPP court issues the govt with a cease and desist order or a fine as compensation for ‘restraint on trade’ offenses under the TPP.
Spot on mate. But if a miracle occurs and a minor party takes leadership they will most likely ignore the TPP as the will of its voters will disavow anything to do with it. Non-compliance, in other words, is the only way out of it.
