(Real News Australia) Take a moment to think about all the things we take for granted because we can easily prove who we are. A birth certificate is our ticket to ride but after 40 years Charmaine Webster is still waiting in line.
It’s quite strange when you think about it. You can illegally drive a car without a licence but of course run the risk of being caught by the police, you can get a job that pays cash off the books but again that will only last so long, you can travel around the country but forget trying to do it by air. These days you can’t even join your local video store without valid photo I.D. That is, a current drivers licence, a passport or even a proof of age card.
So how does one manage to survive 40 years without a legal personality otherwise known as a strawman?
Charmaine was the youngest of 5 siblings, all of whom can provide a birth certificate, and along with one of her sisters was subjected to child abuse. Due to criminal parents who were constantly on the run from the law and moving from state to state to escape incarceration Mrs Webster’s birth was never officially recorded. No state or territory wants to lay claim to Charmaine either. Because she cannot prove which hospital, let alone state, she was born in she cannot get help to resolve the matter.
What is interesting to note is prior to the digital age Charmaine has managed to obtain a medicare card, she has a tax file number and paid taxes for previous jobs she managed to obtain without proof of identity, she can even vote in any election but when it comes to asking the state government or even the federal government for help in resolving the matter Charmaine is passed around and around from department to department. They do not want to handle her unique case. It’s put in the too hard basket and left for someone else to deal with.
Meanwhile all Charmaine wants to do is legally work, legally drive a car, legally fly interstate, legally obtain a passport and go on a well deserved holiday. Imagine the frustration. We’ve all had to deal with a government department of some sort in our lives which many people will agree can be an extremely frustrating experience. After 20 years dealing with them it has become, in her own words, a “soul crushing” experience.
In 2001 Charmaine married the man she loved and became Charmaine Webster. Most people think that marrying an Australian man will automatically qualify you to be an Australian citizen and therefore allow you to get an Australian passport. Well it should. However there’s catch. If you cannot prove you were born here then you’re back to square one. That of course isn’t the reason she wed. That too was a battle on it’s own and it was blind luck that Charmaine just happened to be a very good friend of a Justice of the Peace who helped her find a loophole in order to get married.
So again Charmaine was back to square one. These days the Australian Government is making it very difficult for people to obtain a job without proving you’re an Australian citizen or have the correct working visas etc. And perhaps rightly so. The Migration Amendment Act 2013 is just one of those pieces of legislation that makes it almost impossible for illegal aliens to work here.
But again where does that leave Charmaine?
She’s grown up in Queensland Australia and been here all her life. She’s as Aussie as it comes. But sadly for Charmaine her strawman isn’t complete. You could say she has the arms and legs and even the head of her strawman but the torso (birth certificate) is missing.

Some people might argue and in fact some people indeed are doing everything they can to try and ‘terminate’ their strawman. It is seen as a legal burden, an evil corporate twin to the sentient being that you are.
Quite the opposite to what Charmaine is going through. She’s been fighting for more than 20 years to find her strawman as she believes, and with life experience, she knows exactly how hard it is to live a “normal” life like everyone else around her.
So why doesn’t Charmaine just go to the mainstream media to get her story told? She has. Several times. Each time they take all her details, listen to her story, obtain documents and email correspondence Charmaine has collected when dealing with various government agencies but then inevitably hits a road block when the producers go to their legal team. After that it’s radio silence. They stop answering calls and no one makes any attempt to call her back.
Charmaine has since turned to social media and the alternative media in a last ditch effort to shine the spotlight on her story and hope the mainstream media picks up on it and then coerces the Australian Government into action in the hope for a resolution.
If she can’t obtain her birth certificate her next best option is to obtain an Australian Passport.

Mercantile Law has absolutely no consideration to the welfare of human beings…. its only concern is corporate profit and when people sign contracts such as Birth Certificates/Licenses etc. human beings, under moral law, then become ‘persons’ under mercantile law simply because they have signed a contract and therefore agree to the impositions applied in that contract that is enforced by the Mercantile Judiciary…. have you ever noticed why the magistrate sits above the mob in a penned area….. he is the Captain on a imaginary ship imposing a law that has nothing to do with human beings….. we have been conned!
All our governments wether local/state or national are corporations registered in Washington DC and their sworn allegiance is not to the Australian people but to corporate London.
