Reports are that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is engaged in a massive, covert military buildup.An article in the Associated Press in February confirmed an open purchase order by DHS for 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition. According to an op-ed in Forbes, that’s enough to sustain an Iraq-sized war for over twenty years. DHS has also acquired heavily armored tanks, which have been seen roaming the streets. Evidently somebody in government is expecting some serious civil unrest. The question is, why?

Pls. note that the Quantum Dawn 2 Exercise cited in the article is mis-leading, the exercise was actually completed in July 2013, it is NOT scheduled for Oct. 2013.
All you have to do is Google the phrase and 100’s of articles appear discussing the exercise in July.
Why Ellen Brown would be so misleading is beyond me.
i agree i couldn’t find anything about an October plan either 😛 i just wanted to point out you may want to try a different search engine because google is pretty much censoring anything that matters and i can hardly find half the websites i go on if im just searching casually on google 😛
duckduckgo.com is a good one but there are others 😛 also even more so with obama making a deal with google a year a ago? i dunno sometime XD its so hard to trust any information in these times >..> not trying to judge just inform Namaste 🙂
